4 Places We Can’t Wait To Go!

There are many things we all miss at the moment, so we’ve started a list of the first things we’re going to do when restrictions are lifted.

Tynemouth (Riley’s Fish Shack)

We can’t wait to sit on Long Sands beach watching the windsurfers while we’re wrapped up warm, eating the best fish and chips Tynemouth has to offer! Let’s not forget an ice cream while we stroll along the seafront as well and if we stumble across one of Tynemouth’s many pubs, that’s okay too.

Quayside – By The River Co

Picture the scene, it’s a warm summer evening, craft ale in hand and a cool breeze is coming off the tyne…ahh perfect!

By The River Co is THE place to be when the sun is shining, tucked under the Tyne Bridge on the Gateshead side, they brew their own ales and man they taste amazing! Make sure you have something to wrap up in during the evenings though, that little chill coming off the tyne when the sun goes down will go straight through you.

The Stack

It’s not a Saturday night in Newcastle if you don’t meet your friends at The Stack for a gin or two.  Have a good sing along with the guys of Kroud Karaoke and choose from the wide selection of amazing food outlets as well. Gin, food and singing – what more could you ask for?!

Alnwick Gardens

Just a short drive up the A1 and you come to Alnwicks Gardens in Northumberland, one the region’s multi-award winning attraction. It’s gardens are home to the world largest Tai Haku Cherry Orchase and as well as the world’s largest Treehouse Restaurant. We can’t wait to wander around the grounds amongst the roses and kick back on their swinging benches.
