OnTheMarket finally launched after months of waiting with baited breath – and it’s going to be an exciting ride. The 26th January saw the beginning of a new opportunity for estate agents around the country and after the first week, we couldn’t be happier.
OnTheMarket allows estate agents to have more control over the property portal industry and as they all own a piece of it there are no more heavy “duopoly” fees. This has been an exciting addition to the OnTheMarket package – meaning more and more estate agents will be eager to join.
The arrival of OnTheMarket has been seen as a way to contest the big online property portals and as so many estate agents have happily joined – it’s a change that couldn’t have come at a better time.
